I have to agree. I've always supported P.R. (ever since I heard of it) and generally prefer to err on the side of making it easier for a minority group to be represented. But it really *is* too easy for a tiny fringe group to get a seat in the Knesset, and Israel's politics suffers for it when groups with 2% representation wield disproportionate power in putting together coalitions.

I wish John Cleese would make an updated video - with more recent elections in mind, and more to the point, with better A/V recording equipment. Because this old recording is shite.
